How did the idea of integrating young people come up as a bargaining theme? Bart Samyn. Actually, the idea was to negotiate a global approach for the anticipation of skills but, because of the founding nature of this agreement with Safran, we decided it was better to adopt a two-tier approach. First, we’ve decided to deal with the anticipation of skills from the perspective of recruitment, outside training and taking in young hires. Secondly, we will deal with the anticipation of skills need having regard to people who are already in the company.
